Dette resultatet kommer etter fjorårets rekord i oktober 2024, da inntektene kom inn på 2,32 milliarder USD.

Kommersielle spill som konkurranser har underprestert i september 2025, selv om tallene måned for måned fortsatt kan holde seg på et positivt 2,9%. Sweepstake-kasinoer og New Yorks operatører er under ild fra regulatorer for å dempe på sweepstakes.
